At PepUp, we offer some seasonal, entry-level jobs when our drivers and technicians enter the busy heating season, September through March. Many of our seasonal workers have enjoyed their jobs with PepUp so much, they’ve gone on to get CDLs and endorsements so they can move into delivery driver positions.

Our Certified Employee Training Program walks all new employees through local, state, and federal regulations, as well as the PepUp culture and our company’s commitment to excellence and quality in everything we do. The training concludes with a CETP test to verify each employee’s knowledge and understanding.
Outside of that initial new hire training, PepUp offers third-party training discounts and tuition reimbursement for employees who are seeking additional job skills and continuing education.

Yes! Our employee base expands to nearly 300 people during the winter heating months, September through March. Our biggest need is fuel delivery drivers with a Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a Hazmat endorsement and Tanker endorsement.
