WESTERN SHORE: Baltimore, Howard, Anne Arundel, & Cecil Counties

VIRGINIA: Northampton & Accomack Counties

Eligibility. This sweepstakes is open to every customer in our service area, as determined by PepUp, who is at least 18 years old. The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Only customer-owned or PepUp leased tanks are eligible (each a “Customer”). Competitor-leased or owned tanks are not eligible. PepUp employees and their families are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period. This sweepstakes begins on SEPTEMBER 16, 2026 at 12:01 a.m EST and ends on OCTOBER 7, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. EST. Entries must be received by PepUp prior to the expiration of the sweepstakes period described above.
How to Enter. Fill out the form on this page accurately and entirely. Limit one entry per Customer. To win a prize, each Customer is not required to: (i) purchase goods or services; (ii) pay any money; or (iii) where applicable, submit to a sales promotion effort.
Prize. Five (5) prizes will be awarded, with each prize consisting of an account credit for 100 gallons of propane free of charge (excluding any related charges routinely incurred in connection with the delivery of propane to a Customer). The suggested retail price or comparable retail price of each one (1) prize offered is $350. All prizes will be awarded.
Drawing. Winners will be selected at random by PepUp with one (1) winner selected from each of PepUp’s five (5) region groups which are generally designated as Delaware, Eastern Shore of Maryland, Western Shore of Maryland, Lower Shore of Maryland, and Virginia and the boundaries of which are determined by PepUp. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of timely valid entries received by PepUp. Winners will be selected and contacted on October 7, 2026 by telephone. By claiming your prize, you agree to have your first and last name listed as a winner on PepUp’s internal and external communications. While not required, PepUp will also request a celebratory picture from winners. After October 7, 2026, a list of winners may be obtained by requesting a list from PepUp in writing at P.O. Box 465, Federalsburg, Maryland 21632. PepUp will mail a list to anyone requesting a list.
General Terms. By entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the official rules and decisions of PepUp, which will be final and binding in all respects. PepUp reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any entry at any time.
